Description

This classic chicken salad is both easy to prepare and incredibly versatile.  Delicious by itself or used for sandwiches, salads, and more!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (See our old-fashioned homemade mayonnaise recipe in the notes below)
  • 1 Small onion (a small red onion or a green onion works well also)
  • 1 Stalk celery
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard (Dijon or stone ground work well)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Mix

    Add all ingredients together to a small bowl and mix well.

  2. Serve
