Description

A no yeast pizza dough that is easy to make ahead and freeze for later use.

Ingredients
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cups olive oil
Instructions
    To Make Pizza Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Mix

    In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer combine all ingredients. If you're using a mixer and dough hook, mix on low speed until one ball of dough forms. If by hand, mix until you have a ball of dough that forms

    The Number of Crusts You Make Will Depend On The Size and Thickness of The Pizza You Want To Make
  3. Sprinkle flour onto a work surface.  Remove the ball of dough from the mixing bowl and pat it down with flour to make a solid ball of dough.  Using a rolling pin, or your hands, set the dough ball onto the prepared work surface rolling out to the desired thickness and pan size.

  4. To Make Pizza Without Freezing Dough
  5. Prepare

    Use a non-stick pan or prepare a pizza pan by sprinkling lightly with cornmeal

  6. Bake

    Add desired toppings and bake on a prepared pizza pan for 12 - 15 minutes

  7. To Freeze Raw Dough
  8. Freeze

    Place raw dough into an airtight, freezer-safe container and place wax paper between each crust

  9. To Cook Crust Before Freezing
  10. Pre-Bake

    Place crust on a pan in a pre-heated oven and bake for 3 to 4 minutes

  11. Freeze

    Freeze as mentioned above omitting the wax paper
