Ham salad is practically a staple around our house. Quick and easy to make and when you buy things in bulk the way we do, ground ham becomes a great way to store and use any leftover ham.

Description

Quick, simple to make and always a hit for sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres and snacks!

Ingredients
  • 3 cup ham (diced)
  • ½ cup celery (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp relish
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (Preferably homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Prepared mustard (Preferably homemade)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Grind

    Using the large plate, run the ham pieces through a meat grinder or place the ham into a food processor, and pulse several times to reach the consistency you desire.

  2. Combine

    Place ground ham and into a mixing bowl adding celery, onion, relish mayonnaise, and mustard.

  3. Mix

    Mix well and season to taste.

  4. Refrigerate

    Refrigerate a few hours to chill before serving.
